Coaching Overview

What is life coaching?

Coaching helps you achieve your goals to create the life you want to live.  By focusing on where you are, and where you want to be, we create clear and actionable steps to get you closer to your ideal state. Coaching provides you with the support you need to bring action to your life.  Accountability is key to delivering achieving the results you are looking for.  

Often, through coaching, you will uncover what has been holding you back from designing your life the way you want it to be. It is common for coaching to result in removing internal blocks, breaking through limiting beliefs and re-evaluating your core values to overcome anything that might be holding you back. 

Life coaching is not the same as giving advice.  No one has lived your exact life or can relate to your experiences and perspective.  As a result, life coaching is not mentoring, or sharing best practices. Instead, a good coach focuses on asking empowering questions and helping you to create your own path forward. 

Coaching will provide you with clarity, unconditional support, someone to listen to you without judgement, accountability, and actionable, positive results.

What to expect

Coaching will shine a light on your life.   By illuminating the life you worked so hard to build you will begin to understand why you do not feel complete & where the need to do it all comes from.  I will work with you over several months in a straightforward, yet understanding & compassionate manner.  Together we will identify what areas in your life you want to change. You will discover which areas of life you love and which areas feel like they are not true to who you are.  By breaking through limiting beliefs and dissolving barriers, we work together to design a life you love, so you can have it all. 

Coaching is not a quick fix, and takes time for noticeable and lasting growth.  Work also often needs to be done between sessions. Typical coaching relationships are at least 3 months, often longer.  Each session is personalized to achieve your goals and get you closer to true happiness.  All sessions are held over the phone or with FaceTime and last about 45 minutes.

Is Life coaching for me?

If you  know you want something greater in life but are struggling getting there on your own,  a life coach could be the right answer for you.  Similar to  athletic coaches, a life coach will help you achieve your specific goals, and is solely focused on supporting you and holding you accountable.

Private Coaching Packages

I work with a select group of private clients.  After a complimentary coaching session, we will evaluate if we are a good fit to work together.  I will provide you with recommended coaching package based on your needs.  All coaching packages start with a minimum of 8 sessions over 3 months, to ensure you have time to create lasting shifts towards a happier life.
