What are you hiding from?

Often, we hide so well that we don’t even know we are hiding anymore. It becomes second nature and feels normal. Or we are able to disguise it as something else, like being busy, or lazy, or fine, or things are way better than they really are.


In reality if we would just slow down and take a minute to figure out what that funny feeling in the pit of our stomachs actually is, you might realize you’re simply masking something that is going on for you. We all know, and if you don’t I am going to assert, that pushing things off or hiding from them usually does not help any situation.


So, what are you hiding from? Why not slow down and come face to face to what is really going on for you? Heck, you might even feel better. ❤
